get favorites folder on left pane of the attach to email window

In Outlook 2000, when attaching a file to an email, the Favorites folder
appeared in the left navigation "Look in" pane. When I upgraded to Outlook
2003, that is no longer there. Is there a way to get it back?

outlook no longer supports file browsing. You can add the IE favorites to
the tool bar (which may contain shortcuts to files) or use the places bar to
move quickly to folders.
