FrontPage icon onto the Word toolbar

I ought to see a Frontpage icon on the toolbar when I want to edit my
webpage. But the FrontPage icon has disappeared, even though I definitely
have FP on the hard disk. I am using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word on
a PC. I have forgotten how to re-establish the link between the programmes.

Help?

In IE Tools Internet Options Programs Html Editor select FP
(also in FP unselect the last 2 options (check if FP...) under Tools Options General - Startup)
