freezing

I have windows 2000 professional and now all of a sudden
when I am typing my screen freezes. Then starts back. I
am not sure if it is because a couple of days ago a blue
screen started popping up saying: beginning to dump
physical memory. What do I do?

first I;d check to be sure your cpu isn't overheating

run a temp check ...also open the case to be sure the fan is working
and not clogged with dust

if that's all ok...I;d do a RAM test
