B bhipwell via AccessMonster.com Mar 8, 2007 #2 The default email service using outlook is limited. Try using a SMTP relay as you can manipulate the use of HTML much easier. www.ostrosoft.com has a nice program. You can also use Blat or a CDO application to do this as well. B
