Font portability

I frequently develop PowerPoint slides for church and occasionally will
use a "non-standard" font for artistic reasons. Frequently when I take
the ppt file to church the PC there doesn't have the font I used and
the viewer substitutes something else that ruins the slide.

In short, is there is any way to automatically send the fonts used
along with the ppt file?

I'm using Powerpoint 2003 under Windows XP.

TTFN

Go to TOOLS >> OPTIONS >> SAVE tab and check the embed TrueType fonts. Done.

The caveats are:
- Only TrueType fonts work
- If the fonts are not loaded on a computer that has PPT 2003 the file will
only open as READ ONLY (ie. no editing)
