Fire Wire resource problem

I receive the message that this device cannot find enough
free resources that it can use.
(Code 12)

I have checked and found no conflicts. I disabled some
of the devices but did not solve the problem. When I
uninstall the device and try to reinstall it from
add/remove harware the message I get is; the system does
not have a driver for this device.

If it's a PCI Card did it come with Software?
