finding all hidden files from web emails and internet history?

How do I find all the hidden files for all web based emails, and internet history? I need to find these files and clean out some off my memory. I at one time did find and internet file and tried to open it and it told me that I was out of "far Memory"???? Never heard of that???
Help!!

You mean your hard drive. You can't clean out your memory. Just go to the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, select Internet Options, make sure the General tab is selected, in the middle click Delete Files and then check Delete all Offline Content.
