file system structure

Everytime my comps starts it does a chkdsk to my secondary hard drive (H).
It doesnt find anything. when I ran Harddrive diagnostics it didnt find
anything. when I looked at the computer managment under error it gave this:

The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run
the chkdsk utility on the volume H:.

is this why it keeps running and if so what could I do.
 
Boot to setup CD, press 'r' for the Recovery Console prompt, and type the command :

CHKDSK /R
