Failure : Send To Desktop

When using the context menu Copy To and Desktop as Shortcut I receive the
following message 'Send To Mail Recipient CMC PowerToy' :
No CMC mail provider is currently installed.

What is this ?

You have installed the old SendToX power toy for Windows 95. This
works well in Windows XP, but damaged the Send To Desktop shortcut.
You can copy this shortcut from the SENDTO folder under a different
user profile to repair it.
