Ezula

I keep get these stupid pop ups and I ran adaware and it cleared everything
except this Ezula. I found it in my program files and I tried to delete it
and it says can not be deleted it is either being used or write protected.
Can anyone please help me to get rid of this evil thing off my system?

Thank you very much. I got rid of that and cleared out a lot of junk
restarted my computer and ran ad aware came back empty. Went to bed. Woke up
and had 20 pop ups on my screen. Ugggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh.
