Does anyone know a way to either print or email certain fields from a group
of contacts. I'll describe the obstacle i'm facing. My outlook contacts
have custom fields for buying and selling cars. One "buy" field and one
"sell" field on the general page. I would like to be able to print off a
report showing only the information in all the "buy" fields for all my
contacts that are filed in my hot contacts category. Anyone know a way to
make this happen, it's driving me nuts...

Outlook doesn't support exporting custom fields. Quick and dirty method:

1. Put all the items from your form in one folder.
2. Use a table view to display all the data fields that you want to export to Excel.
3. Choose Edit | Select All.
4. Choose Edit | Copy.
5. Paste to Excel.

Also see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various printing solutions. The Word template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
