explorer.exe/task manager

when I boot my computer....not all the icons are showing
in the task bar. If
I use the task manager to end the explorer.exe...and then
use new process to
restart explorer.exe......they are all there. this
happens every time I
boot up. How do I repair that so it shows all the icons
when I boot.?.....
I dont want to use task manager every time I turn on my
computer.
