Event Viewer failures

When I go into the event viewer, when I click on
security, I see some that say Failure Audit, IPSec
Services, Event ID 615. I am running windows XP SP2 home.
What is wrong with this or is this something I do not
need to worry about. I am running Norton Antivirus 2005
and different spyware programs. Any help I really need as
I look it up on the net and just gets me more confused.
