error on boot up

I get - Please go to control panel to install and configure system
components. This happens on every boot. I've gone through device
manager and control panel and get this device is working properly on
everything. Any ideas?

Check you startup folder on the Start>Programs menu. Chances are really good that
there is something in there that causes this.
