Error Msg: Java VM, class not registered

New computer here. I just installed more memory in it last night (had
been running on 128MB, added 512MB) and installed the software for my
HP printer, and got this system error message:

Unable to start Application.
The Java Virtual Machine cannot be loaded.
Class not registered.

What's this about? Do I need take any action?
 
Go to www.java.com and download Java.
