error message

On occasion, on bootup, I get an error message that
says "product 256 failed on bootup." How can I find out
what "product 256" refers to so I can get an updated
driver or inquire with the company on a solution?

Hello

Maybe you have some bad memory, try replacing that
first and see what happens, give it a try
