Error Deleting File or Folder

Cannot clear temp files after writing them to CD. Get:
Error Deleting File or folder / Cannot delete (file)...
Close any programs that might be using the file and try
again. Well duh! Did that, still get error message and
writing another CD wont clear: Files Ready to be Written
to the CD. Cannot find any issues on microsoft.com either.
I even deleted and reinstalled CD-RW Drivers. Nada, zip
zilch nothing. Any Ideas?

You're saving your temp files to CD? Is this a joke?

Or, do you mean the temp folder you created with real data to write to
the cd? Did you
reboot and then try as well, yeah, your "temp" files may still be in
use. More help below but I dont think it applies in this case.
