Error #384

I am recieving an error # 384. When youi try to go into
ADD/remove programs it just flashes and goes back to
control panel. I tried to get into properties on my
computer and it does the same thimg. Any help would be
great

scan your system with latest virus definitioned software as well as with
spybot.
It's a BAckdoor.IRC.Loonbot -Trojan horse.
