I recently have had problems opening IE6. When i go to open
it, nothing happens. It opens, but does not go to any page
at all. So, i uninstalled it completely, and re-downloaded
the IE6 SP1. When i go to install it, i get the message
'ie6wzd.exe entry point not found. The procedure point
InternetGetConnectedState could not be located in the
dynamic link library WININET.dll." I really have no idea
what this means, nor do i know what to do to fix it.
Any help is extremely appreciated.
thanks
Matt

OK...i just checked my WININET.dll and it is version
6.0.2718.400...that's obviously not the right one...so how
can i change it so it is the correct one? thanks for the
help so far
