Enter network Password pop up?

I have Outlook 2002 set to retreive emails every 1 minute. Sometimes the
"Enter Network Password" window will pop up. I think it is when there is a
server problem and not at my end. I know my settings and password are
correct.

Anyway to set it so it does not pop up?

One minute is way too low and and a setting that low can be the cause of
what you see. Best practices dictate that your send/receive interval should
be no less than about ten minutes.
