End Program - notification for RNAdmin

Upon shutdown, I get this error message 'End Program -
notification for RNAdmin' - and then the 'this program is
not responding' message - any assistance to correct this
would be greatly appreciated.

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
