email adresses from the inbox?

how do you record an email address into your address book without having to
open the address book - for example, some one emails me and they are not in
my address book. How do I automatically capture their address and stay in
the mail function?
 
Right click on their name/address in the header and choose the "Add to
Outlook Contacts" option.
