whenever i startup my computer, MSN, Norton, Internet Explorer, and a couple of other programs all try to startup at the same time in the beginning. how do i access the list that allows me to remove these programs from the startup program list. p.s. how do i stop the little popup yellow bubles for my internet access that tell me all the little bs stuff i can do without, like how to upgrade to msn 17 or just that im now connected and stuff like that. Thank you.

Start | run, type msconfig <enter> go to the startup tab and untick whatever
you wish.

Re the 'bubbles' - that's an MSN thing, I imagine.
