Hi
i recently tried running my old Zork: Grand Inquisitor game, which is one of the few games put onto DVD. Now I knwo the dvd is fine and I can get it to run if I set XP to emulate windows 98. But as soon as it starts up it asks me to inset the DVD, but it's in there, and I don't see an ini file to set the dvd drive or anything. Other dvd's run just fine so it's something with the game detecting the dvd in the drive. There must be some way to get it to read. Any suggestions?

Does the DVD drive have the same drive letter now as when you installed the
game?

Yes. I just installed it, it's not a game I've had on my system. It's a game I've had and played back when I had Win 98, but since upgrading to XP and subsiquently reinstalling it, it just will not detect the DVD at the startup of the game.
