I had w2kpro installed on my c: drive, it became corrupt
and wouldnt shut down so I installed it again on another
drive, my N: drive, which I totally redid... so I went
back to the C: drive and deleted w2k. Next time I boot up
I get NTLDR is missing. So I tried to repair my "new" w2k
install with the disk but it is not seeing the install.So
i installed W2k again on another partition. Now my N:
install won't boot.Im getting error messages. So is there
any way I can get this install to boot up?
I can get into newest install but I dont wont to have to
redo everything again.

Since you don't quote the actual error messages you
see, it's not clear what is where and why it fails.
Please state this:
- Which installation do you want to retain, the one
on C:, the one on N:, or the one on "the other partition"?
- Which drive is this "other partition"?
- What is the exact error message you get?
- What is the contents of the file c:\boot.ini?

.

I want to save the insatall on drive N:
The install on C: is what I deleted.heres the boot
file....
boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT="Microsoft
Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft
Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect

I think the install I want to boot is on partition 1.
The other install is on the same disk,on another partition.
The error message is a blue screen saying to check for a
virus or errors on the disk.
