drumming sound when computer is idle too long

How do I turn off the drumming sound that my computer
makes when it sits idle for too long?

It's my bosses and it's driving me nuts!
 
It might be a theme. Go into desktop properties and see if he has one
installed. If so, remove it if you can without getting in trouble, or do
what I do here with themed coworkers and turn off their speakers ;)
