Drop-down menus won't stay put

I'm having no end of problems with drop down lists staying
put. When I move my mouse over the drop down it
immediately diappears. This is especially annoying,
especially in Outlook. I"m using the Logitech Cordless Duo
keyboard and mouse. Any relational issues? Thoughts?
