I have a 120 gb drive with 20 gb allocated to the main (C) drive and the rest allocated to the (D) drive. The C drive is full with only 3% free space left. I need to defrag the C drive, but the defrag program requires 15% free space to run. Can anyone tell me how to re-allocate some of the free space on D to C?

Partition Magic.

Uninstall some programs or move some data files to D or off the drive
(cd-r, for instance). Or use a third party partitioning program like
Partition Magic or BootItNG to move the partitions without damaging the
data. Certainly back up your data before doing the latter.
