DRIP sound when opening new web pages

Hi,

Does anyone else get a very annoying water drip sound when opening some web
pages? It seems to be loosely associated with advertisements. Should I smash
my PC to bits or is there a way to turn it off? I already searched the
Windows knowledge databases to no avail.

It's actually the in the cookie patrol section. Thanks for this information,
it was driving me nut also. PP was the last thing I would have thought of, I
thought it was part of SP2.
