dri_kbfiltr missing

the files that i've replaced are: i8042prt.sys, kbdclass.sys,
kbfiltr.sys.... An other problem with the itlian WinXP the point in
the numpad was pont and not a comma.... It's really usefull when the
user tipe many ip address...

How can I resolve this problem.
