Hello, Maybe someone can help me with the following:

I am using Outlook 2003 connected to an exchange 2003 server. How do
I drag a set of tasks from my active tasks list into a new email
message and have the tasks and associated notes come up as text in the
body of the message instead of as attachments?

I have seen other outlook clients set up this way so I know it is
possible; the fix is probably very simple but eludes me at the moment.

Thanks in advance!
Mike

Right click the group of tasks and drop them into a mail folder (Inbox for
example), upon dropping them, you will have to choice to "Copy here as
message with Text".
Another option is to a mail item's Insert->Item menu, select the tasks, and
select the Text Only radion button from the Insert As group.
