Download templates

I tried to download templates from
http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/2007/FX100649541033.aspx?ofcresset=1
(1) I select the template, let's say "Fax cover page (Business Design)" and
then I press Download button. After a while I see opening a Word 2007 window
containing the template, but I see a Help window, too, saying

This page is unavailable
This error page is only a temporary placeholder - it will eventually be
replaced with a more useful page.

I suppose this could be a Help window which tries to instruct me how/what
the download will go on, but for the moment (!?!) is not working...

(2) Well, I save the template and close the document window, but I let the
Word window open, because I have another template to download, so - I am
thinking - the new document window will open faster. I repeat the steps to
download and... surprise, I see opening another instance of Word 2007 (the
existing instance is ignored). Of course, I get the wrong Help window again.

I can reach my end (downloading templates), but I wish to signal this
behaviour which is strange for me.

Well, it IS a beta. If you've got the Send a Smile tool installed, send a
frownie on this.
