Which program is it you're trying to install? Please provide the link you're downloading it from.

If you really want help you'll need to give more info.

Thanks for your quick response. Sorry for lack of info. The program I am
trying to install is BibleMate software (freeware). The web address is
www.biblemate.com. I use the one click(recommended) method. The actual
installation of the software is not the problem, it's the setup. While setup
is in progress I recieve this message: File Error:data1.cab. Following error
occured on file, BibleMate.exe. The request has timed out. (ox2ee2). I,m
given the choices to "Abort, Retry, or Ignore" I choose retry and the setup
process starts again for about 2 min. and I receive the same error message.
Thanks

Alternatevely, you may want to try the following software. It is good, and
free, too.
http://www.bibleocean.com/
Also, it is richer than the one you are struggling with. And easy to
install.
Good luck,
Juan

My guess would be that you have a corrupt download. Have you tried re-downloading the software? If so, send an e-mail to (e-mail address removed) They wrote the program, so they're in the best position to help you resolve your issue.
