This morning she login, but her desktop, My Documents and Outlook 2002 files are missing. When I check under c:\documents and settings it showed that she has a new profile folder, but her old profile folder still exist. When I went to RegEdit to do a FIND on ProfileList, her old profile information is gone. Is there a reason why a new Profile got create eventhough I did not delete nor create a new AD account for her?
