Does IE toolbar have impact on the speed of browsing?

It is best to put something in the text body to further
explain your question, such as a Google toolbar or a
Coolwebsearch or Hotbar toolbar. Google probably speeds up
the search while browsing, but the others (and ones like
them) are spyware that are sending your actions back to
their servers, so spyware will slow down the computer
because it is another series of tasks using your computer
to spy on you.

Now

I've install the software Steganos Internet Anonymous. It slowed down the
browsing of IE.
What can I do if I don't want to uninstall it?

Hi,

Do not install any toolbar except the reputed ones and use them only if you hear about their ability and worthiness from others.

Most of the toolbars are nasty and often sent the computers to the point of wrecking and bringing down the performance of the entire system which is hard to revert.

Get cable or DSL.
