does anyone know what image001.emz is?

My email keeps sending this attachment out? What can I do about it or how
can i stop it?

Sends out where? Automatically? Or for each message that you create?
Usually this is a graphical image from Office. Do you have a signature with
an image in it?

I have taken the image off the signature and it seems to have stopped
