does anyone know what error 554 in outlook 2003 means?

i tried to reply to an email, and it got refused automatically, showing the
following error:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'*****' on 26/10/2005 16:04
554 <unknown[217.132.122.9]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

The error is what the company/isp server is sending back when Outlook tries
to send the message. If it continues, you will have to contact the party
responsible for maintaining your outgoing mail server and ask why are
getting the 554 error message. If you do call, make sure you let them know
what IP address you are connecting from since it will help them review their
rules on the server on who can/cannot send mail thru the server.
