Documents/Settings Folder Change

I am selling my comoputer with the Windows XP CD, but want to change the
Folder in Documents and Settings that has my name on it. There is All Users,
Default User, Local User, and the one with my name. How do I change it to
"New User" for example?

May I recommend that you format your hard drive and reinstall XP?
It is easy to do, and spares you possible compromise of personal
information, which can occur when a computer is sold.
See this site below, and if you have more than one partition, be sure to go
back and format the other partition(s) too.

Create a new account with the name you want. Delete your old one.

That would be very unwise. In affect, you'd be giving the computer's
new owner full access to any personal information you've left on the
hard drive.

To protect your personal information and data from any future users
of average skills, you should, at the very least, format the hard drive
and reinstall only the OS and those applications whose licenses are to
be included in the transfer. If you wish to do a more thorough job of
protecting your personal data, WipeDrive 2.2.1

U.S. DoD standards for securely cleaning surplus unclassified hard
drives, and could be used before formatting and reinstalling the OS and
applications.
