How do you tell what type of Agp slot you have?

My computer already supports 3d graphics.

It depends on the motherboard. Go here and get the freeware
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php run it in windows and it will tell what the
board is and repost with the FULL name and model number and someone will be
able to help you.
