Do wireless print servers work good?

Have WinXP PC's, would like to go wireless with new hub, router, etc.

How big of a deal is it toss out the wired print server and replace it with
wireless receivers on each printer.that's all I need, right?

Are there any gotcha's like it's slower than cable, or it can't send back
the printer's STATUS to the PC.that seems to be a big one for regular print
servers.not bi-directional.


Is wireless print server easy, smooth sailing?

It depends on which brand or type of wireless printer adapter you buy.
You'd need to review the manufacturer's data for each one to determine if it
will meet your needs.
