Believe it or not, Dell offers both at the same price.
Why would someone want SP1? While I'm here, do I want
Office XP or Office 2003? We are a small business with a
small network. Our users are intelligent. Thanks for
saving me time researching.

SP4? SP1 is the latest SP for XP (SP2 is in beta I believe). SP4 sounds
like they are still offering W2K

I would recommend having Windows XP Professional w/SP1 installed
along with Microsoft Office 2003.

What's in the Office Editions?

If you're talking about Windows XP, SP1 is the latest Service
Pack. There is no SP4.

Perhpas you mean Windows XP SP1 or Windows *2000* SP4. If that's
the choice, I recommend Windows XP SP1.

Office 2003 is the latest version, so presumably that's what you
should get.
