This dials the contact's (voice) phone number and then tells me by dialog box to pick up the phone so that I can talk with the contact. Previously when I would do this, I could hear Outlook dialling for me and then I'd pick up the phone and talk. But now it tells me that it can't find a dial tone when I know that one is there.
