Dial-up question.

Hi:
Normally, when I clicked on OE, or IE, I would get the box that asks if I
want to connect to the Internet. Click OK and the connection would be made.
Now, for some reason, the box appears on the desktop every time I boot up
even without clicking on IE, or OE. I can get rid of it, but it's very
annoying. ISP couldn't help. Any thoughts on this?

Try this: "Modem Automatically Attempts to Establish a Dial-Up
Connection When You Start Your Computer or Start a Program"

I'll check this out, but I don't think it's the answer. It isn't
autodialing, I just keep getting the box that asks me if I want to dial a
connection.
