Someone has obviously searched for some dirty words
within an outlook account now every time I do a
legitimate search, these words show up in the dropdown
list for the search criteria. Does anyone know of a way
to delete the search criteria under Outlook 2000? I
would like to remove all of the words found on
the "Search for the word(s)" dropdown list which is found
on the "Messages" tab of the "Advanced Find" window.
Thanks for the help.

Please try the following steps:

1. Exit Outlook.
2. Start Regedit.exe
3. Locate the following key:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Office Finder

4. Rename the "Office Finder" key to "Office Finderold" (without the quotes)
5. Exit Regedit
6. Start Outlook.

Hope this helps.

Thanks! That worked great!
