delay in right-click menu

Hi,
I'm getting right-click menu (anywhere, irrespective of
application used - either desktop or MS office or any-
other 3rd party software) with a dealy of 3 to 4 seconds.
Help me in troubleshooting it......
 
having same trouble but its more annoying in internet
explorer where menu takes 3-4 seconds on right-click,
whereas in other case it take 1-2 seconds....
apart from that, the overall performance of the computer
is slower...
