Defragment Does Not Work

When I open the defrag and click on anylze or defragment, it does nothing. I
have already checked the C disk for errors and none were found. What do I do?

Have you got at least 15% free disk space available? Defrag needs that
amount to run.

Nothing happens when clicking on Defragment or Analyze.

Defrag with XP SP2 needs the DCOM Server Process Launcher service running.

Click Start, Run and type SERVICES.MSC
Double-click the DCOM Server Process Launcher service
Set it's startup type to "Automatic"
Restart Windows.
