Cut/Paste emails w/o duplicates

We are an office of 10 engineers, many of whom recieve the same emails from
clients. We want to move these into a common public folder so all can review
but don't want to create duplicate emails in the public folder. Is there a
"don't allow duplicates option" that will help speed the process?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
