Custom AutoShape?

Is there a way of creating and adding to the AutoShape toolbar my own custom
autoshape that I can insert at will?

It's not an "autoshape" but you could save your drawing as .emf, create a
macro inserting it and run the macro from a button in your drawing toolbar.
