CSV Import to another person’s calendar

Hi,
I am trying to import about 3000 appointments from a CSV file into 6
different colleagues’ calendars who are each on exchange and only using OWA.
I am using Outlook 2007 and have managed to import a CSV file of appointments
into my own exchange calendar (we don’t use pst’s). However if use “open
other users folder†I cannot use the “import and export†option to import the
CSV file to their calendars. Any ideas if it is possible without opening my
colleague’s whole mailbox?

Thanks
Colin

You can't import and export to their calendar. Create a new calendar folder
in Outlook. Import the list into it them move or copy the items to each
calendar.

Note that using Outlook 2007 SP2 might result in Copy: being added to the
subject line - use Move instead, but you'll need to repeat the import for
each calendar.

Can't they be imported directly into the Exchange mailboxes with one of the
Exchange tools?

If he is the Exchange admin, yes. But since he said 'colleagues' not 'users'
he's less likely to be an admin. Even for an admin, for just 6 users its
often easier to do the import and move than to set up a script.

yes, I don't have admin rights on this exchange installation. I basically
imported them to a new folder on my own mailbox then copied and pasted them
to each callendar, it worked and got the job done. However

Just one more question, if I were to use "Move" I can only move to my own
mailbox folders or public folders and not the "other users folder". If i
wanted to move the appointments how would i do it?

Is it posible if the folder you want to move too isn't in the list becuase
its someone elses mailbox folder?
