Critical Updates

Before the update my microsoft outlook was fine but after
I installed the updates and restarted computer, the
microsoft outlook (from a program) became Microsoft
Outlook. {00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} an
archive, anyone know why? this is the same thing happen
to Devin down there somewhere
